Research On Key Technologies Of Image Copyright Protection Based On Blockchain

Abstract/Summary:
The ease of creation and access to image content has created a serious problem of image infringement.Widely available processing tools allow infringers to copy and modify images at a low cost without loss of quality.The proportion of image infringement cases in all kinds of digital works has been increasing year by year,and how to carry out sufficient and effective image copyright protection has become an urgent problem to be solved.The traditional image copyright protection mechanism needs to be processed by the copyright center or agency.There are problems such as a long confirmation period,high registration cost,unclear ownership transfer during the right-use process,and difficulty in obtaining evidence.Blockchain-based copyright protection technology can get rid of the dependence on third-party organizations and improve the efficiency of all aspects of image copyright protection,which has become a current research hotspot.However,the existing blockchain image copyright protection research still faces many challenges such as data storage,originality determination,ownership change,and copyright verification.Based on blockchain technology and the problems to be solved in the application scenarios of various aspects of image copyright protection,this paper conducts research on the key technologies of image copyright protection based on blockchain.This paper first analyzes the research status of traditional image copyright protection technology and blockchain-based image copyright protection,and summarizes the existing problems in the current blockchain-based image copyright protection research.Then conduct research on the four aspects of image copyright data storage,copyright confirmation,use of copyright,and copyright maintenance,and build a blockchain-based image copyright full-chain protection scheme.The main innovative achievements of the paper are as follows:(1)In terms of image copyright data storage,to solve the problem of limited image copyright data storage based on blockchain,a multi-channel blockchain-optimized storage method for image copyright data is proposed.First,a multi-channel scalable blockchain architecture is designed.The blockchain-based image copyright protection scheme is divided into three stages according to the business logic.Through the three-stage multi-channel data management of the right confirmation,right use,and right maintenance,nodes can join the blockchain network on demand,reducing the storage burden of nodes.At the same time,an optimized storage model for image copyright data based on the Chord protocol is designed,which shares part of the storage tasks of blockchain nodes through off-chain storage,and designs corresponding node positioning strategies,data storage and access strategies,and node joining and exiting strategies.This model enables the blockchain nodes to cooperate with each other to jointly maintain a complete blockchain ledger,further relieve the storage pressure of the restricted nodes,and avoid the continuous linear growth of the local storage load of the blockchain nodes.Experimental results show that the proposed optimization model has better storage performance.In the follow-up research of this paper in the stages of right confirmation,right use,and right maintenance,blockchain nodes can use this model to solve the storage bottleneck problem and alleviate the storage pressure of resource-constrained nodes themselves.(2)In terms of image copyright confirmation,to improve the efficiency of blockchain-based image copyright registration and ensure the security of copyright information,a blockchain image copyright registration method that supports multi-dimensional data queries is proposed.First,the image copyright registration model based on blockchain is constructed.An improved block storage structure based on MKD Tree is proposed to support multi-dimensional data storage and improve block construction efficiency and data retrieval efficiency.Then,a blockchain-based image copyright registration method is designed,which combines image multi-dimensional data query and fuzzy commitment to perform on-chain and off-chain queries of image copyright data.This method judges the originality of images to be registered through content features while ensuring the security of copyright information in off-chain queries.For digital images that pass the originality test,store their copyright information on the blockchain for confirmation.This method also supports user copyright information retrieval.The experimental results show that when the transaction volume of a single block increases,this method’s originality query time consumption is significantly lower than that of the existing schemes,and the efficiency of image copyright registration based on the blockchain is improved.(3)In terms of the use of image copyright,to solve the problem that the blockchain-based image copyright transaction cannot carry out ownership changes and effectively connect with copyright registration,a blockchain image copyright transaction method that supports data editability is proposed.First,through the smart contract,the copyright transferor and the purchaser realize automatic copyright transactions and record the image copyright transaction information.At the same time,the blockchain data editing method based on the multi-center chameleon hash is adopted to realize the effective connection between image copyright transactions and registration.This method supports copyright data editing and saves the storage space of copyright data.An improved permission node selection,exit,and change mechanism is proposed,which improves the positivity of nodes to participate in data modification,and improves the security of the sub-private key in the broadcast stage through the security protection based on the KEA-CPABE-UK algorithm.Security analysis and simulation results show that this method reduces the time overhead of Chameleon hash sub-private key broadcasting in multi-node scenarios,and improves the exit efficiency of permission nodes.At the same time,it supports node key updates and public accountability,which improves the security of sub-private key broadcasting.(4)In terms of image copyright maintenance,to solve the problem of data uploading and verification in blockchain-based image copyright evidence storage,a blockchain image copyright storage method that supports zero watermark verification is proposed.First,zero-watermarking data is encrypted,coded and sliced by combining the secret shared space plane equation coefficient matrix and erasure code.Then the evidence data is stored on the blockchain network while ensuring the privacy of the original image.The key is shared through the space plane equation.When zero watermark verification is needed,nodes meeting certain requirements cooperate to recover the secret value and evidence data to improve the fault tolerance rate of zero watermark verification.The experimental results show that the extra time consumption caused by the secret sharing recovery and storage data segmentation and reconstruction of this method is far less than the block generation time,and will not affect the normal operation of blockchain application in the image copyright evidence storage scenario.Multi-centralized zero-watermark verification improves the security of evidence data on the chain.
