Study On Conjuction Of The Program “Nurly-Zhol-Path To The Future” In Kazakhstan And The Initiative The “Silk Road Economic Belt”

As the most important part of the Silk Road Economic Belt,Kazakhstan is indispensable to the development and growth of the Silk Road Economic Belt.The president of China and President Nazarbayev of Kazakhstan have made a good connection with the plan put forward by China’s "one belt and one road" and the "bright road" economic plan of Kazakhstan,and the leaders of the two countries have conducted profound exchanges on this plan,and have also brought important opportunities for the economic and cooperation between the two countries.Nazarbayev,the leader of the economic strategy of light plan,one of the leaders of Kazakhstan,has clearly mentioned that the plan is closely related to the "one belt and one road" initiative advocated by Chinese President Xi Jinping.The two complement each other and serve as an important cornerstone for each other.The focus of "Bright Avenue" is to strengthen infrastructure,especially transportation infrastructure,so as to bring development to Kazakhstan’s economy,find jobs for the unemployed and provide jobs for those who have not yet found jobs.This paper takes the docking of Kazakhstan’s "Bright Avenue" economic plan and China’s "Silk Road Economic Belt" initiative as the research object,and adopts the research and development method combining theory with practice.In the process of theoretical research,the development strategy theory,global economic integration theory,regional economic theory,international public goods theory and other related theories are studied.Combined with the research content of the paper,the relevant theories are summarized and the inspiration for the research is put forward.On the basis of theoretical research,this paper combs the background and internal motivation of "Guangming Avenue" and the strategic connotation of "Guangming Avenue" plan.On this basis,it carries out SWOT analysis of "Guangming Avenue" plan and combs the implementation of "Guangming Avenue" plan.This paper combs the proposition of the initiative of "Silk Road Economic Belt" and the connotation of the strategic conception of "Silk Road Economic Belt".On this basis,SWOT analysis of the initiative of "Silk Road Economic Belt" is carried out,and the achievements of the construction of "Silk Road Economic Belt" are sorted out.Based on the in-depth study of the "Bright Avenue" plan and the "Silk Road Economic Belt" initiative,the paper studies the necessity and feasibility of the docking of the two.This paper makes an analysis of the similarities and differences between the "Guangming Avenue" plan and the "Silk Road Economic Belt" initiative,studies the factors affecting the docking of "Guangming Avenue" and "Silk Road Economic Belt",combs the opportunities and risks of the docking of "Guangming Avenue" and "Silk Road Economic Belt",and analyses the relationship between "Guangming Avenue" and "Silk Road Economic Belt".Necessity and feasibility of connection.On this basis,the paper studies the reality and prospects of the docking between "Guangming Avenue" and "Silk Road Economic Belt".It makes a thorough study of the current situation of the docking between "Guangming Avenue" and "Silk Road Economic Belt".It also analyses the existing problems of the docking between "Guangming Avenue" and "Silk Road Economic Belt",and puts forward some suggestions for further promoting the docking between "Guangming Avenue" and "Silk Road Economic Belt".The proposal of docking the economic belt looks forward to the future of the docking of "Guangming Avenue" and "Silk Road Economic Belt" between Kazakhstan and China.China and Kazakhstan have broad aspirations and common interests in deepening reform.Revitalizing the economy,improving people’s livelihood and sticking to the road of deepening reform.They have laid a good foundation for the further development of mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries.This paper studies the docking between Kazakhstan’s "Bright Avenue" new economic plan and China’s "Silk Road Economic Belt" initiative.It also gives some suggestions and deep thinking on the potential challenges that the two countries will encounter in their later development process.Finally,it hopes that the two countries will have a good situation of mutually beneficial,mutually beneficial and mutually beneficial development in their cooperation.
