Since the reform and opening-up in 1978,from 1979 to 2018,the average annual growth rate of China’s gross domestic product(GDP)reached 9.5,China’s economic share of the world economy rose from 1.8 percent to 16 percent,compared with before the reform and opening-up,China’s comprehensive national strength significantly increased,people’s living standard has improved,the international competitiveness and influence are also rising,a lot of great changes have taken place in Chinese society and economy.The magnificent course of reform and opening-up has brought to the world an "economic miracle" never seen before in the history of human development.At present,due to global economic growth is slowing,the Chinese economic growth also change from the rapid growth stage to the stage of high quality development,how to keep the economic stable growth has been considered as one important topic for the development of Chinese economy and the world economy at present,China’s economic miracle thus caused wide attention both in China and abroad,it has become a hot topic in exploring the world of economic growth theory."China’s economy has shifted from a stage of rapid economic growth to a stage of economic high-quality development," said by the report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC).China’s economy now staying in a critical stage of transformation and upgrading,learning from the experience and lessons of economic growth is great significant to economic transformation and upgrading at the present stage and also benefits to sustainable and high-quality economic development in the future.In order to explore the main cause of China’s economic miracle since the reform and opening-up,summarize the valuable historical experience,and extracted the main difficulties facing in the process of rapid economic growth,to provide correct guidance to the present stage of China’s economic development,to provide high quality prospective measure and the suggestion for China’s future economic sustainable development,to provide Chinese wisdom for world economic growth.This article attempts to analyze the high economic growth since reform and opening-up then conducting a comprehensive analysis of such historical event.In the first place,this paper adopts the theoretical analysis method,through a comprehensive review of Marxist economic growth theory,people-centered development theory and modern economic growth theory,to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the study of China’s rapid economic growth.At the same time,a large number of relevant research literature reviews on China’s economic growth since the reform and opening-up are introduced,through analysis,induction,summary and innovation,the main factors promoting China’s rapid economic growth and the main problems in the rapid economic growth are finally concluded from these literature reviews.In order to further verifies the theoretical research conclusions,and enhance the persuasion of research conclusion,empirical analysis method is also introduced in this paper,econometric analysis is used to analyze the question that adhere to the market-oriented system reform since the reform and opening-up has influence on Chinese rapid economic growth,finally,empirical analysis verify the importance of China’s market-oriented reform on China’s rapid economic growth.The conclusion of this paper mainly includes three aspects.Firstly,Since the reform and opening up to the outside world,the two wings of China’s economic take-off have been realized.They coexist and form a powerful driving force system for China’s rapid economic growth.The internal reform takes the reform of the market economy system as the core,and the reform of most important reason why the policy of opening to the outside world provides endless power for economic growth is that it integrates into the environment of economic globalization deeply through opening to the outside world.Economic globalization provides a huge opportunity and platform for China’s economic growth.In the process of opening up and integrating into economic globalization,China has made full use of its comparative advantage,rapid development of international trade,utilization of its late development advantage,demographic dividend,and expansion of its industrial chain to continuously promote China’s economic growth.Secondly,the gradual development path is the key to the success of reform and opening up to promote rapid and stable economic growth.The gradual reform and opening up has avoided the disadvantages of "one step in place" in the radical reform mode,such as high risk and high cost.Although the Soviet Union and the Eastern European countries have chosen the radical(shock therapy)reform mode in succession,China combines the market economy with China’s actual situation,and adopts the gradual mode of reform and opening up,which not only ensures the government’s The control power,giving full play to the government’s macro-control role in the economy,correctly handling the relationship between reform,development and stability,not only ensures the smooth implementation of the reform,but also stabilizes the development of the national economy,to a certain extent,ensures the quality of market-oriented system construction and overall opening to Suggestions.Firstly,we should adhere to the dialectical materialism methodology of seeking truth from facts and promote sustainable and high-quality economic development.To be specific,we need to adhere to three orientations.To adhere to the problem-oriented,establishing the awareness of finding problems,facing the existence of problems;We should adhere to the results-oriented approach,fully implementing the new development concept,and establishing a high-quality development performance evaluation mechanism.We also need to remain demand-oriented,focusing on addressing the major problems facing society at this stage,and putting the people’s requirement for a better life on the first.Secondly,we should deepen reform of political system.To be specific,we need to promote the five-pronged proposal for promoting sustainable and high-quality economic development,it involves in the political,economic,cultural,social and ecological perspectives.To deepen political restructuring,we need to advance the four-pronged comprehensive strategies in a coordinated way.We need to take the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects as our development goal and comprehensively deepen reform as an effective approach.To deepen the reform of the political system,we need to promote the modernization of the country’s system and governance capacity,and provide institutional guarantee for sustainable and high-quality economic development.To deepen the reform of the political system,we need to properly handle the major contradictions in Chinese society in the new era,give priority to supply-side structural reform,and achieve sustainable and high-quality economic development.Thirdly,deepening economic restructuring and promote sustainable and high-quality economic
