| The "Outline of the 14 th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development" proposes to "accelerate the green transformation of development mode" and "promote green transformation to achieve positive development",and the "Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party’s Centennial Struggle" deliberated and adopted by the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China comprehensively summarizes the construction of ecological civilization as one of the thirteen important achievements in the new era.Driven by green technology innovation,achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals on schedule,leading the global green recovery,jointly building a global community of destiny,and jointly seeking global ecological civilization are the inevitable choices based on China’s high-quality economic and social development.In the transition stage of ecological civilization with carbon reduction as the key strategic direction,it is required to shift from the traditional high-consumption and high-pollution production mode to a low-carbon and efficient production mode driven by scientific and technological innovation,and the construction of ecological civilization urgently needs to be improved by the ecological performance of enterprise green technology innovation.Among the many factors that affect the ecological performance of enterprise green technology innovation,culture as an important situational factor cannot be ignored.Realizing the dream of a green manufacturing power requires the support of culture,and the "Belt and Road" needs the support of industrial culture.Strengthening the construction of enterprise culture with Chinese characteristics is of great practical and theoretical significance to enhancing China’s economic soft power and accelerating the green transformation and upgrading at the overall level of economy and society.However,there is still a big blind spot in exploring the mechanism between organizational culture and eco-performance of green technology innovation.Under the modern enterprise theory and organizational behavior theory,how to understand the organizational culture itself with Chinese characteristics? How and through what main factors do different types of organizational culture have an effect on the ecoperformance of green technology innovation? And what kind of action path difference? Such problems is the educational world in daxing under the system theory and the theory of causal inference paradigm under the green technology innovation research boom of the legacy of "black box",the "black box" green technology innovation is and how to through in-depth internal,clarify the relationship between the key variables,straighten out the path to be accurately grasp the organizational culture and enterprise green ecological technology innovation performance of the relationship between the key.Based on this,this paper attempts to respond to the above problems with the title of "organizational culture,behavioral intermediation and enterprise green technology innovation ecological performance".Therefore,this paper based on the nominal definition and operational definition perspective of organizational culture,green ecological technology innovation performance,and the concept and theory of innovation will and behavior to make scientific explanation,focus on starting from the cultural heterogeneity within the organization,through the "social" and "solidarity" two big dimensions could be divided into network organization culture,enriching,sharing and tear type four types of organizational culture.And comprehensive plan behavior theory and organizational culture theory,technology innovation theory and other theories,combining with qualitative theoretical derivation method,inductive reasoning and build to "organizational culture-desire-green technological innovation behavior of green technology innovation-" green ecological technology innovation performance is given priority to dry theory model,based on the specific research hypotheses are put forward.Furthermore,a scientific scale development procedure was adopted to develop scales of organizational culture,ecological performance of green technology innovation,and willingness and behavior of green technology innovation,and the data were obtained by questionnaire survey.With the help of SPSS,AMOS and PYTHON,structural equation model and structured neural network model are used to empirically test the theoretical hypothesis.The path structure between variables verified by structural equation model provides a scientific topological structure foundation for the simulation research of structured neural network model.Based on the nonlinear mapping ability and self-learning ability of structured neural network model,the path relationship between organizational culture and eco-performance of green technology innovation is simulated and optimized.The results of the empirical study show that there are great differences in the influence path and degree of the four organizational culture types: network type,profit-seeking type,sharing type and tearing type on the ecoperformance of green technology innovation.This paper clarifies the internal logic of the role of organizational culture on the enterprise green technology innovation ecological performance through the willingness and behavior of green technology innovation,and proposes the management practice enlightenment of enhancing enterprise green technology innovation based on organizational culture construction,including building an adaptive cultural system for green technology innovation,improving the responsibility guarantee system for organizational culture construction,and fully coordinating the relationship between ecological performance and economic performance,etc.,in order to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the improvement of the ecological performance of enterprise green technology innovation. |
