Due to the complexity of decision-making problems and the limitation of decision makers’ cognitive level,decision makers’ preference information often cannot be given in the form of accurate numerical value.It is more reasonable to evaluate decision makers’ preference information in the form of natural language.Sometimes,a single language term is used to describe decision makers’ preference information,and sometimes several language terms need to be used to describe decision makers’ preference information together.Probabilistic language multi-attribute decision making method is applied to the multi-attribute decision making problem where the decision information is in the form of probabilistic language.This paper mainly uses prospect theory,cumulative prospect theory,regret theory and evidence theory with probability language to describe the behavior of the decision makers and psychological characteristics,by improving the traditional method of multiple attribute decision making,this paper constructs a probabilistic language multi-attribute decision making research based on decision makers’ behavior.It provides a new idea and solution for complex multi-attribute decision problem optimization in probabilistic language environment.The main research content of this paper is reflected in the following five aspects:(1)This paper proposes a probabilistic linguistic weighted Heronian average operator(WPLHA)multi-attribute decision making method and a probabilistic uncertain linguistic term multi-attribute decision making method based on distance and consensus degree.By summarizing the algorithm,information aggregation and measurement methods of probabilistic language term sets,an improved probabilistic language term sets score function is proposed,and then a multi-attribute decision making method based on WPLHA operator is proposed.At the same time,this paper describes the concept,basic algorithm,information integration operator and measure method of probabilistic uncertain language term sets,and computes the consensus degree of probabilistic uncertain language based on the distance measure of probabilistic uncertain language term sets.On this basis,a probabilistic uncertain language multi-attribute decision method is proposed.(2)A probabilistic language improved TODIM multi-attribute decision making method based on prospect theory is proposed.Based on the framework of prospect theory,this paper discusses how to apply probabilistic linguistic term sets to multi-attribute decision making.Combining probabilistic linguistic term sets with TODIM method,the distance between alternatives can be regarded as absolute distance.With the introduction of improved probabilistic preference linguistic term sets distance measurement formula of probabilistic linguistic term sets modified TODIM multiple attribute decision making method,and build subject evaluation index system.The proposed method is applied to the course assessment based on prospect theory of probabilistic language improved TODIM multi-attribute decision making method.(3)A probabilistic language improved MULTIMOORA multi-attribute decision making method based on cumulative prospect theory is proposed.A probabilistic language term set is used to express expert evaluation information,and a cumulative prospect decision matrix is established by cumulative prospect theory.MULTIMOORA method is extended based on probabilistic language term sets.On this basis,a student-centered subjective teaching quality evaluation system is constructed,and the decision-making method is applied to the evaluation of teaching quality in colleges.(4)A probabilistic uncertain language improved VIKOR multi-attribute decision making method based on regret theory is proposed.The language terms in probabilistic language terminology are extended to the field of uncertain language.Based on regret theory,probabilistic uncertain language is transformed.On this basis,the VIKOR multi-attribute decision making method based on probabilistic uncertain language is proposed and applied to the quality evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges.(5)A probabilistic uncertain language improved ELECTRE multi-attribute decision making method based on evidence theory is proposed.Based on the decision framework of evidence theory,trust function and evidence synthesis,this paper proposes to convert the evaluation information of decision-makers’ probabilistic uncertain language term sets into evidential reasoning information.Combining evidence theory with ELECTRE multi-attribute decision making method,this paper proposes a probabilistic uncertain language ELECTRE multi-attribute decision making method based on evidence theory. |
