The loose coupling characteristics of technological innovation network make the governance mode and content of this network become one of the hot topics of management research.Recently,scholars have paid attention to the phenomenon of subgroups in technological innovation network,which extends the alliance relationship and cooperation relationship,and makes the structure and governance of technological innovation network more complex.Subgroups promote enterprises to perceive the differences between inside and outside the group in the technological innovation network,and partner selection shows obvious preference in the technological innovation network,which further enhances the relationship within the group,and stability becomes a prominent problem in the structure of technological innovation network.Inspired by the concept of geological fault layer,some scholars try to study the problem of "group" or "circle" within the technological innovation network from the perspective of Inter Organizational interaction,and thus put forward the concept of divisive faultlines.This concept provides a new perspective for the study of network level structure and relationship,and forms related research.However,the effect of divisive faultlines in technological innovation network and the mechanism of knowledge flow among partners are still unclear,which need further discussion.This paper systematically reviews the literature on fragmentation fault,knowledge sharing and organizational learning at home and abroad;This paper defines the definition of split fault in technological innovation network,the specific dimensions of split fault,and the specific connotation of organizational learning and knowledge sharing;This paper explores the impact of the fragmentation fault in the technological innovation network on the knowledge sharing behavior of this type of network,and analyzes the mediating role of organizational learning and the moderating role of network power;With the help of questionnaire survey,collect the required data,use multiple regression analysis method to make empirical test on the conceptual model,17 of the 18 research hypotheses are verified,and the test results are analyzed and discussed.This paper achieves the expected research purpose,obtains some valuable and novel research findings,enriches the theoretical research results of split fault and technological innovation network governance,and has guiding significance for enterprises in technological innovation network to improve the efficiency of knowledge sharing.Compared with the existing research,the conclusions and innovations of this paper are as follows.(1)This paper analyzes and defines the connotation and concept of technological innovation network divisive faultlines in the context of technological innovation network,and develops the research field of divisive faultlines.Based on the diversity theory and network embeddedness theory,this paper analyzes the formation mechanism of divisive faultlines in the aspects of knowledge diversity and relationship embeddedness from the perspective of partner selection and "group" phenomenon.Combined with the influence of divisive faultlines on network structure,namely,the phenomenon of subgroups(dense within subgroups but sparse among subgroups),the divisive faultlines is defined as in the process of node organization innovation,There are differences in members’ experience sharing,which will lead to the trend of differentiation within the network.In order to deepen the understanding of the definition of divisive faultlines,this paper divides divisive faultlines into attribute type and relational type,and concretes the connotation of divisive faultlines from two aspects,which plays a certain role in expanding the exploration of divisive faultlines in the existing research.(2)This paper verifies the impact of two types of divisive faultlines on knowledge sharing,and reveals the positive and negative effects of divisive faultlines by depicting the difference effect.It is found that the attribute divisive faultlines is not conducive to knowledge sharing between enterprises within and outside the group.Relational divisive faultlines has a positive effect on knowledge sharing among group members,but a negative effect on knowledge sharing outside the group.Therefore,in the technological innovation network,node enterprises should pay more attention to the influence of knowledge background and relationship embeddedness on partner selection and group behavior in the process of cooperative innovation,carry out cooperative innovation scientifically and effectively,refuse excessive path dependence,and strangle this split trend of technological innovation network in the cradle,Maintain a normal level of knowledge sharing or form a new normal of knowledge sharing with a higher overall level.(3)The incorporation of organizational learning into the theoretical framework of divisive faultlines enriches the research on fault action path.By integrating the theory of divisive faultlines and agglomerative subgroups,this paper reveals the path of the role of divisive faultlines in technological innovation network from the behavioral level.Since the study of cleavage fault at the level of interorganizational is just beginning,the effect of cleavage fault is still unclear.Split fault is an inherent attribute of technological innovation network,which can affect knowledge sharing by forming sub group problems.However,this sub group problem can only play a role through organizational learning,because sub group problems "within the group" and "outside the group" may also be subjective cognition,which may not be fully reflected by the actual cooperative relationship.To clarify the relationship between divisive faultlines and knowledge sharing,organizational learning must be analyzed in the same framework.Therefore,this paper constructs the theoretical framework of divisive faultlines organizational learning knowledge sharing to test whether divisive faultlines can affect the network operation results through organizational learning.In this paper,we find that the divisive faultlines produces "in group" and "out of group" subgroup problems,but the subgroup problem does not necessarily bring negative effects.On the one hand,divisive faultlines can promote the efficiency of knowledge sharing and cooperation within the group by improving the cohesion within the group;On the other hand,by aggravating the isolation between groups,it hinders the knowledge flow among groups,and leads to competition and conflict among groups,which has a negative impact on knowledge sharing outside subgroups.(4)The network power is regarded as the situation factor of the divisive faultlines,which provides a new way for the technology innovation network governance under the action of the divisive faultlines.From the conclusion of this paper,the role of divisive faultlines in technological innovation network has both positive and negative aspects.How to promote the active role of the fault and restrain the negative effect of the fault is an important way to realize the network governance of technological innovation.Through the research of this paper,enterprises can use the power mechanism such as location advantage and knowledge advantage to think about the governance of technological innovation network under the action of divisive faultlines from the aspects of structural adjustment and capacity improvement.
