Study On The Impact And Spatial Effect Of Digital Economy On High-quality Development Of Regional Economy

With the advent of the digital economy era,data has become one of the factors of production.Its instant liquidity has greatly reduced transaction costs and circulation costs,and is not affected by the traditional geographical space,which promotes the orderly and efficient allocation of resource elements.,promoting technological innovation and coordinated regional development.At the same time,the digital economy characterized by a new generation of information technologies such as 5G mobile communication technology,cloud computing and artificial intelligence has developed rapidly and increasingly penetrated into all fields of production and life,profoundly changing the production mode of enterprises and people’s lives.Way.China’s economy is at a critical stage from a high-speed growth stage to high-quality development,and is in a critical period of transforming its development mode,optimizing its economic structure,and transforming its growth drivers.The rapid development of the digital economy may be the key to China’s economic transformation.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to understand how the digital economy affects the high-quality development of the regional economy and the impact mechanism of the digital economy on the high-quality development of the regional economy.In view of the obvious spillover effects of the digital economy,the temporal and spatial impact of the digital economy on the high-quality economic development is also critical.Therefore,this paper takes the high-quality development of the digital economy and regional economy as the research object,and provides new ideas and new approaches for my country’s economic transformation and high-quality economic development.Based on the above background,this paper adopts the literature research method,the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,empirical analysis method,mathematical modeling method,and spatial panel measurement method,and firstly combines the neoclassical growth model and the endogenous growth model to reconstruct the Sol-End growth model.The model discusses that the development of digital economy is a process of integration of digital industry and traditional industry;then it explores the impact mechanism of digital economy on high-quality development of regional economy from two aspects of time and space,especially from the perspective of industrial structure,technological innovation and foreign direct investment.The mediating effect of high-quality regional economic development.On this basis,an indicator system is established to measure the development level of the digital economy and the quality of regional economic development,and then select the provincial panel data from 2011 to 2019 to empirically test the spatiotemporal impact of the digital economy on the high-quality development of the regional economy.The main conclusions of this paper include the following points: First,the digital economy has direct,indirect and spatial effects on the high-quality development of the regional economy.The digital economy promotes high-quality economic development through advanced and rationalized industrial structure,improved production efficiency,and integration of international resources.Second,there are temporal and spatial differences in the development level of the digital economy in different regions.China’s digital economy is developing very fast,but regional development is uneven.More developed regions maintain a high level,while less developed regions grow rapidly but remain at a low level.Third,the level of high-quality economic development in different regions varies in time and space.The overall level of high-quality development of China’s economy is on the rise,basically maintaining a stable,balanced and rapid development state with small fluctuations and linear development characteristics;Fourth,the digital economy promotes high-quality economic development through industrial structure,technological innovation and foreign direct investment.The promotion of the digital economy to the high-quality development of the regional economy is strong and stable,and there is a non-linear relationship between the two.When the industrial structure is used as the threshold for regression,there is a double threshold structure.Fourth,the digital economy has a temporal and spatial effect on the high-quality development of the regional economy,and most of the spatial spillover effects have a significant impact and are positive.It shows that the digital economy not only promotes the high-quality development of the local economy,but also brings positive spillover effects to the surrounding areas.Compared with the existing literature,the main innovations of this paper are as follows:First,research theoretical innovation: Although there are many literatures related to the digital economy and high-quality economic development,there is a lack of systematic influence on the mechanism between the two.in-depth research.Neither the classical growth model nor the endogenous growth model can fully explain the high-quality transformation of China’s economy under the development of the digital economy.Therefore,this paper attempts to combine these two models to construct a Sol-End growth model for economic transformation under the digital economy.Theoretically Analyze the possible paths for the digital economy to affect the high-quality development of the regional economy.Based on the Sol-End growth model,the new mechanism for the digital economy to affect the high-quality economic development is discussed from the perspectives of time and space.Second,research method innovation: the digital economy has obvious spatial spillover effects.Previous research has focused on the temporal connection of the digital economy to high-quality economic development,and lacks research from a spatial perspective.In this paper,based on the spatial lag model(SAR)and the fixed effect model(FE),the spatial panel estimation is carried out,and the adjacency weight matrix,the geographical weight matrix and the economic weight matrix are selected to study the spatial effect of the digital economy and the high-quality development of the regional economy.By empirically testing the spatial and temporal impact of the digital economy on the high-quality development of the regional economy,it provides new ideas for studying the development of the regional digital economy from a spatial perspective and promoting the coordinated and balanced development of the regional economy.Third,the innovation of research perspective: This research highlights the unity of regional high-quality development and coordinated development,and studies them in the context of the digital economy.Previous research has paid more attention to the mechanism of the digital economy to promote high-quality economic development,ignoring its regional characteristics.This paper specifically analyzes the regional differences in the development level of the digital economy,the regional differences in the level of high-quality economic development,the differences in the impact of the digital economy on the high-quality development of the regional economy,and the spatial differences in the digital economy on the high-quality development of the regional economy.Development and the high-quality development of the regional economy have put forward new countermeasures.At the same time,the characteristics of regional differences can be more clearly understood,which provides a new path for the high-quality development,coordinated development and balanced development of the regional economy.
