The Construction Of The Urban Cadastral Database And The Development Of Its Management Information System

Land resources are the lifeblood of national economy and social development. The land resources and information is the important component of our country information construction, which makes the management scientific and normative. In recent years, along with the development of each service of land management, especially the conduct of the second national land survey, a variety of data, maps and texts increase dramatically, the traditional methods can not meet the needs of cadastral work. Therefore, how to use the present information technology, and exploit the urban cadastral management information system which adapts the land resources management work modernization demand, is an important job for present land resources information construction in various of provinces and cities.According to the regulations of the second land survey, in the light of "Cities Cadastral Database Standard" (TD/T1015-2007), and with the basic situation of Gu Cheng County, a urban cadastral database is established. In order to make full use of the obtained database and satisfy the need of the routine work, the urban cadastral management information system for Gu Cheng has been established.Follows are the prime work of this paper:(1) Paper has studied on the transformation of data specially, by the way of the data and the ArcGIS, MapGIS, FME, CASS comparative of the four conversions, determined method in CASS, it is simple, good at reflecting layer, in particular, it achieve lossless conversion features of the property, which is a feature of this article.(2)Paper has analysed the process of the preparation of data, obtaining attribute data and spatial data, joining attribute data and spatial data, and inspecting the data quality, and completed the job of obtaining, processing, storaging, connecting for data of Gu Cheng, and established Gu Cheng urban cadastral database.(3) The frame of the Gu Cheng urban cadastral management information system is elaborated. The system module is analysed, and especially land query module and output module statistics is exploited, and initially established Gu Cheng urban cadastral management information system based on C/S architecture.
