For non-filling fractures in the constitutive and seepage ancestors did a lot of research, but study on filled fracture is small, the filled fracture with expansive media is rarely studied. However, there is a significant amount of nature but filled fracture with expansive media, based on this phenomenon, this article on filled fracture with expansive media preliminary exploration to expect for the analysis of instability and the cause of geological hazards to provided the new thinking angle. The previous research results are summarized and the physical model of the filled fracture is established. Through the filled fracture with expansive media stress axial strain experimental and seepage-stress test, three main conclusions were educed:(1)The early peak constitutive of the filled fracture with expansive media can be obviously divided into two stages:the plastic phase and the linear elastic stage. According to the common law and characteristic of the early peak of the filled fracture with expansive media, this article built the constitutive model of the filled fracture with expansive media.(2)The permeability of the filled fracture with expansive media declines with the increasing effective stress, and showed significant nonlinear characteristics. When the effective stress is less than 1.0MPa, the sample permeability with the increasing effective stress decreases sharply; when the effective stress is greater than 1.0 MPa, the increase in permeability and effective stress reduction rate decreases rapidly and stabilized.(3) When the confining pressure is 1.0MPa, the permeability of the filled fracture with expansive media is larger than the permeability of other confining pressure, and higher flow rate; when the confining pressure is 1.5MPa, the permeability of the filled fracture with expansive media is greater than the confining pressure at 2.0MPa and 2.5MPa, and as the water pressure is more than 0.9MPa, the permeability began to increase; when the confining pressure is 2.0MPa and 2.5MPa, the fracture permeability and water pressure curve close to, indicating that the water pressure on permeability is small at the higher confining pressure...
