In the practice of society, there are many uncertain phenomena, whose main performances are randomness, fuzziness and roughness.This paper mainly analyses the relevant contents of ranking of fuzzy number and fuzzy linear programming. First, In view of the difficulties of computation and ranking of fuzzy numbers in traditional fuzzy linear programming, the thesis introduces the fuzzy structured element theory, we give a structured element notation of fuzzy number, and then prove it is of equal value. At the same time, the notion introduces weighted ordinal of fuzzy number, and then we propose a new method in fuzzy number raking based on weighted ordinal of fuzzy number point to overcome the shortcoming of the method proposed formerly.Secondly, we introduce three kinds of fuzzy programming: All-Coefficient- Fuzzy linear programming,Bi-level linear programming with All-Coefficient-Fuzzy and Multi-objective linear programming with All-Coefficient-Fuzzy, In chapter four, we analyse method to solve three programming. By adhibits fuzzy numbers with the method of structured element, and then systematically establishes analysis methods of fuzzy structured element of fuzzy linear programming. The result of the new method is fuzzy efficient in theory. Moreover, an example is given to illustrate the solution is efficient under the new model.The methods put forward in this thesis simplify the process of analysis and computation of fuzzy linear programming, which lay the solid foundation for the wide application of fuzzy linear programming in the management project.
