By comparatively studying factors of the IED-2000P X-ray fluorescence instrument, we concluded that X-ray fluorescence should be used when the bedrock is well exposed. The time of measuring, the tightness of the sample, the formation of the sample placed and the measuring temperature have relatively large impact on the measurement results ,while the extent of wet and dry samples has less impact; When the mineralization is the relatively homogeneous, measuring different surfaces have almost the same result. It can be seen that the circled abnormal area is more accurate and reliable when the samples are tested under the same conditions. The X-fluorescence is applied in the copper-molybdenum mine of Jiya mountain .we discovery that the main ore body strikes NWW and the study area can be divided into four main anomalous zones. The two central and southern zones have strong anomalies and the north part is where the main ore body is located. But the southern and northern zones, which are less anomalous, are the prospecting area and need to do further geological exploration. We adopted the X fluorescence to study the Ag-Pb-Zn polymetallic mine at Biliutai. The test results suggested that the main ore-controlling structure is the North East and the Near East to the north. The area has two anomalies. At the same time we also use geophysical techniques to explore in this area. The two results have a good agreement. It is obvious that applying X fluorescence in the study area is feasible. In short, by using the X fluorescence in central and southern Polymetallic Mines in Inner Mongolia, the X fluorescence is proved to be a fast, effective exploring method to discovery the anomalous zones. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | The Portable X-ray fluorescence, Test conditions, The Cu-Mo mine of Kulitu, The Pb-Zn-Ag polymetallic mine of Biliutai | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
