Spectroscopic Optical Coherence Tomography system (SOCT) can not only form the sample image, but also provide a wealth of spectral information of samples. SOCT system with characteristic of high spectral resolution, multi-band, combination of images and spectra, etc., is widely used in materials analysis, military, aerospace, biomedical research, and so on. With the development of imaging spectroscopy, optical tomography imaging spectrometer technology will gradually become a research focus, and is used in pathology, histology, cytogenetics, immunohistochemistry and other fields. The contents of this study include the following aspects:(1) Fourier Transform Spectroscopy was introduced on the basis of the current study and research of a relatively mature optical coherence tomography technology. Besides, the principles of optical coherence tomography imaging technology and Fourier transform spectroscopy were also introduced, and the feasibility of the combination was proved theoretically.(2) The scan speed of Optical Coherence Tomography Spectroscopy system can be affected by lots of factors. The research of this thesis is focused on the use of doublet cylindrical lens method of confocal microscope systems to achieve line scan in order to speed up its scanning speed. Moreover, the formula of the resolution was also derived.(3) Simulation was performed using MATLAB programming language, which gives out analysis icon of each parameter for the doublet cylindrical lens confocal microscope. Furthermore, ZEMAX software was used to analyze their imaging results where the image of simulated imaging was given.(4) Finally, for major applications of the SOCT system in the biomedical field further ideas were proposed.To sum up, this research is based on the theory of the optical coherence tomography imaging technology and Fourier transform spectrum technology. The principle of the optical tomography interference imaging spectroscopy was deduced, and the feasibility of this system was proved theoretically. Additionally, line scan is realized based on optical coherence tomography technology in combination with the double agglutination cylinder lens confocal microscopy system, which accelerate the scanning speed and save the scanning time, it is faster almost three orders of magnitude than traditional point scanning.
