In laser physics, the beam array is often used to generate high-power laser beam. In addition, the beam array also could be used to generation of vortex beam and so on. Because of the potential application of beam array, people have conducted extensive research.In this paper, we study the propagation properties of radial symmetry beam array with the polarized distribution in the free space.In the second chapter, basing on the coherent superposition principle and the generalized Huygens-Fresnel diffraction integral formula, the properties of a radial beam array with all right-hand circularly polarized distribution or left-hand and right-hand circularly polarized alternative distribution propagation in free space. By numerical simulation, we find that the central intensity of the two array beams become maxium as propagation. Meanwhile the intensity of all right-hand circular polarized distribution beam array is more concentrated than the left-hand and right-hand circularly polarized alternative distribution beam array. The parity number of the beamlets has an important impacts on the distribution of the result field. In addition, the coherent superposition between different polarized distribution beams change the state of polarization, while the same polarized distribution beams do not change the state of polarization.In the third chapter, using the second-order momentum of beam radius, the Rayleigh range and beam propagation factor of three different polarized beam arrays are derived. As we know, the radially polarized beam array will form a vortex, but the beam quality to be worse than the other two kinds. The parity of the beam number will change the beam array's symmetry, so the beam quality of the left-hand and right-hand circularly polarized alternative distribution beam array is related to the parity number of the beamlets.
