As Chinese drilling technology continuely make the direction for efficiency and centralization, coupled with that its subordinated detection and control equipment have become more sophisticated。This issue aimed to develop a series of deep water level and temperature detection system with serial interface and four core armored cable in order to achieve the need of real-time monitoring and true transmission for spot data.Measuring the water level and its temperature plays an important role in the area of drilling exploration. This system obtained above two change information by pressure sensor and precision temperature sensor and developed a high precision, small size, deep-water level detection system by making use of A/D conversion module and MCU system. Under the premise of ensuring the water level measurement is real-time and on-line, with the LabVIEW virtual instrument which has friendly human-computer interface, the whole system could be equipped with the functions of field data acquisition, real-time and historical data processing, alarm, process monitoring and displaying trend curve.This paper adopted software algorithms based on hardware circuit design, so that greatly improved these three aspects performance indexes which are temperature drift, sensitivity error and zero error of pressure sensor subassembly. Spot test results showed that the whole development system process the merits of well reliability, strong practicability and broad application prospects.
