The translocation of polyelectrolyte through micro/nano channels is a ubiquitous process in biology. With the depth theoretical and experimental research, in the transport of polyelectrolyte through a micro/nano channel, one emerged-DNA sequencing strategy, based on DNA across micro-nano channel, may be become an effective means to solve the problem of current gene sequencing. In past decades, despite domestic and foreign scholars have made good research in this field, one of the key to the linear micro/nano channel DNA sequencing strategy, how to decrease the speed of DNA translocation, is still suspended.Combined with MATLAB's PDE Toolbox, in this thesis, we employed electromagnetic theory and hydroelectricaldynamics model to study the kinetics of polyelectrolyte translocation through a micro/nano channel modified by the surface charge. Main of this research includes two parts:(1) Inner potential distribution of micro-nano rectangular slot under multi-environmental factors;(2) Effect of multi-environmental factors on kinetics of polyelectrolyte translocation through modified rectangular slot. Our research results show that the surface charge density, electrolyte solubility and high-width ratio of rectangular channel can be an effective means to regulate the polyelectrolyte translocation through micro/nano channel, which provides a very important theoretical foundation to realize the novel DNA sequencing strategy based on micro-nano channel.
