Nano-material structure unit, contains within 1~100nm particle size between particles-nanoparticles, they have the small size effect, interface effect, quantum size effect and macroscopic quantum tunnel effect contrast other scale particles. composite materials make form Nanoparticles and polymer shows the specificity in each subject and has wide application prospects in many fields. Through analysis of the interaction of the interphase between the nanoparticles and matrix, putting forward the prediction of effective elastic properties of the nanoparticles reinforced polymer matrix composites using the continuum micromechanics with interphase.This paper firstly introduces the traditional continuum micromechanics elementary knowledge and the traditional linear method forecasting effective modulus of composites, and gives the approximate methods using sparse method and Mori-Tanaka method to predict the effective elastic modulus expression of the spherical nanoparticles reinforced polymer matrix composites without interphase, and further, the macro elastic modulus and poisson's ratio expression of the nanoparticles reinforced polymer matrix composites particles is given based on sparse method and Mori-Tanaka method.This paper summarizes the characterization methods of the microstructure and elastic properties of the nanoparticles and the interfacial layer, gives the imagination that the all the energy change owing to the elastic properties of the interface layer phase change should move to the surface of the nanoparticle when consider the role of interface layer. Then, calculate the effective modulus tensor of the particle. Finally, calculate the effective elastic modulus of the spherical nanoparticles reinforced polymer matrix composite with interface layer using the traditional method of the micromechanics of continuum mechanics, investigate the effects of the Effective elastic moduli of the composite owing to the change of the volume fraction of the (Mass fraction), the average size of nanoparticles and structure parameters of the interfacial layer. Analyzed the causation of the nanoparticles reunion, studies the influence of effective elastic modulus of composite materials within the reunited effects.Based on the work in front, puts forward the forecasting methods of the macroeconomic elastic constants of nanoparticle/fiber/polymer-matrix unidirectional composite.
