The method of SVD used in researches of atmospheric circulation system and climatic prediction is the basic method to analyze correlated characters of time series between two kinds of circulation or element field. In this paper, we got the advanced SVD (ASVD) method with sufficient rationale by introducing the network homogenizing correction method of climate data station networks into SVD. By applying the SVD/ASVD method in anomaly field of standardized temperature and precipitation in winter and summer of 160 stations in China during 60 years (1951-2010), by compared study,the main results shows:. The ASVD method is more reasonable. The paper also applying the ASVD method in anomaly field of standardized temperature and precipitation in winter, and shows the change characters of the correlation spatial distribution and the time series between of the two.The results shows that:1) In winter and summer temperature and precipitation for study, the corresponding mode by comparing rates of squarefitting between SVD and ASVD results of spatial distribution of the reconstruction field, verify ASVD method is better than SVD method. And in the local correlation between the two is very significant, SVD method does not qualitatively a miscarriage of justice; When in the local correlation is not very significant, SVD will be a miscarriage of justice.2) The winter of temperature and precipitation-related weak relative to the interdecadal component of the related weaker. ASVD 1 mode is in the main field are positively correlated, are up to 40 years on behalf of the Yangtze, the Yellow River region, Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in the western andsouthern China are mainly warm and dry, cold and wet climate. Interdecadal component of the decomposition of the two results, ASVD 1 mode are warm and humid, cold and dry climatic characteristics of the decadal change (except north, a small area in the southwest warm and dry, cold wet type).3) Summer temperature and precipitation for the same period have a significant negative correlation-based. Decadal variability is still negatively related to the main component, but not significant. ASVD results that 1 mode is main, followed by 2 mode, and the strong correlation between the time factor, the peak corresponding to the same level.60 years (1951-2010), in the three northern regions, the western Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the Guangdong and Guangxi areas,mainly in warm dry, cold and wet climate based. And the correlation coefficient of the spatial distribution of summer temperature and precipitation is the same. Decadal changes in the two relevant is not significant. ASVD 1 mode in the North China and Northeast China in summer to cold and wet-type multi-decadalclimate change (37 years) based, other regions are cold and dry; transformation of the mid 90's, Northeast, North China has been maintained the past 10 years in the warm dry climate state, in other parts of warm and wet.
