In tectonics, Tsinghai-Tibet Plateau is in the junction of Tsinghai-Tibet, Xinjiang and North China subplates, it is the most active area since the new construction period. The tectonic movement and seismic activity are strong here, it is also an important place to geography study and disaster reduction, so Geologists pay much attention to the region. Research information for many years shows this region's clockwise rotation around Tsinghai-Tibet Plateau east structural exists. Satellite gravity survey is a new theory and method to study the spatial and temporal changes in gravity field caused by crustal movement and deformation, and if we apply this into the variation features of gravity field in this region, it will have new significance.With the researches at home and abroad, the main content of this paper is:1. First, the paper makes a brief introduction of the development status and the researches of satellite gravity detection technology, and the results of the inversion in Earth's gravity field with GRACE data. After understanding the principle of calculating the regional gravity field with GRACE data, the paper does some relevant researches of gravity model's accuracy, Legendre Function and Gaussian smooth etc.2. In the paper, we derive rectangular vertical gravity anomaly rotation model with vertical rectangular gravity anomaly theory. According to the model, we simulate the gravity field changes of a single block's gravity anomalies after Rotation, and analyze the characteristics of gravity anomalies after the block's rotation. Then we do further promotion of the model.3. In this paper, with the materials of geological background and major characteristics of tectonic movement about Tsinghai-Tibet Plateau, using the model and combining GPS data, we simulate the changes in Earth's gravity field's distribution caused by the region's rotation around Tsinghai-Tibet Plateau east structural, and meticulously analyze the distributions. Compared with the previous studies combined geological data, we do some researches of the variation of gravity field and the reasons of the two results' differences.
