Ranking Of Interval Number Multiple Attribute Decision Making

The decision making is to choose a satisfactory one from the limited alternative proposals. In real life,there are many decision making behaviors from investment decisions of an individual or a family to strategic decisions about the economic development of a country.Owing to the fuzziness of the objective information, it can't provide concrete value information in the practical decision making, but the upper limit and the lower level of decision making information, that is, many decision making information appears in the form of interval numbers. Therefore, the decision making which based on interval numbers is particular important in application.This paper mainly studies the interval numbers new measure (L-measure) and new aggregation operator(UHWGA)based on the interval numbers of the index power operation and the relative application in the comprehensive evaluation of City Bus System. The concrete contents are as follows:(1)Give new measure (L-measure) of the interval number,by which interval numbers can be sorted on the interval new measure (L-measure).(2)According to uncertain hybrid weighted arithmetic averaging (UHWA) operator of the interval numbers, the new aggregation operator which based on interval numbers is proposed. Namely according to uncertain hybrid weighted geomerric averaging (UHWGA) operator of the interval numbers, which studies the simple qualities of it and gives the prove.(3)According to uncertain hybrid weighted geomerric averaging (UHWGA) operator of the interval numbers, proposed the decision model which based on the interval number and the calculate instance analysis. The contrast is showed between it to the other aggregation operators of interval number.(4)The thesis concludes the existing appraisal method and beacon system of City Bus System ,then gives a comprehensive appraisal method of public communication system in the city according to uncertain hybrid weighted geomerric averaging (UHWGA) operator and L-measure ,then has a contrast to the evaluation result which is based on the aggregation operator.
