Biomechanics is a new interdisciplinary. It's a subject based on the principles of mechanics to explain the mysteries of the evolution of life, and applies them into modern medicine. Biochemical experiments and computer simulation are two important components of biomechanics. Particularly in the late last century, the rapid development of computer technology and biotechnology made a great contribution for the development of biomechanics.Cytomechanics is an important branch of biomechanics. It studies the activities of cell and cell cluster in the biological system, and how the various factors of the system influence the activities of cells. With the development of cytomechanics, many interesting phenomena have been found. In the cell culture process, we observed cell migration, rotation, generation etc, which have an important relation with the gradient of medium density, chemical composition, and physical properties. Here we pay our attention to the phenomenon that cells migrate on the substrate from the soft part to the stiff part. And in this paper, applying the related knowledge of contact mechanics and statistical mechanics, and the characteristics of cell adhesion, I establish a migration movement model of adhesion cell. Cells are under uneven force caused by a contraction of respiration. Another side, the formation and rupture of protein filaments in the adhesion cluster are random phenomenon. Based on these characteristics, cells migrating on the substrate from the lower hardness region to the higher hardness region can be derived by numerical methods.
