Near-Infrared spectroscopy is widely used in many fields because of the rich amount of material information in Near-Infrared spectral region.near-infrared spectroscope is the entity of near-infrared spectral analysis technology. The development of the near-infrared spectroscope starts late in our country, the instrument performance can't reach the international level, the instrument localilzation is imminent. At the same time, as the result of the diode array technology's development, the near-infrared spectroscope which applies this technical is appeared, it has the characteristic of fast sampling speed, stable, high resolution, high signal-to-noise ratio, is getting more and more widespread in the near-infrared domain's application.Because of the near-infrared spectroscope localilzation urgency and diode array near-infrared spectroscope's superiority, this paper uses the principle of the near-infrared spectrum to design an array type near-infrared data acquisition system. Through the overall evaluation, high speed low noise amplifier and 18-bit analog to digital converter are use in this design proposal, the single chip and CPLD are used as the mainly chip about controlling and data processing,which forms a complete data acquisition system.The data which is process by the single chip can be delivered to the PC through USB and UART. Meanwhile, simulated the timing diagram of the selected detector by CPLD. In 115.2kHz sample rate, we can transfer 5 spectrum charts which every spectrum chart contain 256 pixels.the wavelength range in the 900-1530nm, the signal-to-noise ratio are better than 4000:1 in all wavelength range, the average signal-to-noise ratio is approximately about 7000:1.This array type near-infrared spectrum data system has the advantage of rapid data acquisition and high signal-to-noise ratio, can applies in near-infrared spectrum signal extraction, can also provide important reference for the array type near-infrared spectroscope's practical application.
