Lightning fires as one of the worst forest area fire sources of forest, The traditional fire means can be passively tried to reduce the loss after the fire broke out, not reduce the lightning fire produced from the root; Artificial triggering lightning technology as the means of artificial changing the thunder-cloud charge structure,lead nature lightning to the safe areas, make nature lightning to be controllable in temporal and spatial, then reduce lightning fire happen times, forest, actively protect the precious forest resources.Artificial triggering lightning are the best choice to prevention the lighting fire. But because of the restrictions of development level, the time choice to lead thunder still cannot do the best, with the atmospheric electric meter and the experience of the researchers to decide the time of lead thunder has huge blindness, influences the success rate.This topic based on the purpose to improve the success rate of lead thunder, introducing Doppler radar data, detailed analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of Doppler radar data and atmospheric electric field instrument in the lightning warning, and proposed the means of fusing the two data, track and detect the thunder-cloud development in real-time, in order to keep abreast of the thunder-cloud changes, select the best time to lead thunder.The thunderstorm charge has very obvious regional difference, to a more targeted, This paper makes a detailed analysis of the fire data of the Greater Higgnan Mountains area from 1996 to 2005, find the general rule of the lighting fire happened. Finally the paper based on the successful example of lead thunder on July 30,2008, analyzing the change of the atmosphere electric data, proved the feasibility of control the lightning fire by artificial triggering lightning through calculation. Meanwhile, analysis of the artificial triggering lightning results in different areas recent years, obtain the different effects on artificially lead thunder under different thunderstorm charge structure.This research shows that:the radar data and ground electric field data fusion using, can improve the success rate of artificial triggering lightning, saving the cost, as the lead thunder lightning prevention provides new research direction.
