With the development of modern science and technology, game theory has been wildly used in the field of economics, management science, engineering, and so on. Especially the nonlinear differential game problems, has become a current hot topic. Therefore, the study of nonlinear differential games has important practical significance.Under the utilization of T-S fuzzy modeling theory and linear differential game ideas, fully absorbing the results of currant research, taking empirical analysis and theoretical analysis methods, research the problem of nonlinear differential game equilibrium, and used the research results on the real estate market differential game problems.The first chapter discusses the basis of topics, and reviewed the whole paper work.In the second chapter, it first introduces the nonlinear differential game problems and the optimal control theory. Secondly, Systematic introduces the knowledge of differential game. Lastly, Describes the T-S fuzzy modeling idea.The third chapter discusses the problem of a class of nonlinear differential game's T-S fuzzy modeling, and discusses the approximation of the T-S fuzzy model and gets the specific conditions of approximation.In the fourth chapter, it obtains saddle point equilibrium strategy, Nash equilibrium strategy and Stackelberg equilibrium strategy of a class of nonlinear differential game problems based on T-S fuzzy modeling theory, and numerical examples are given to verify.The fifth chapter discusses the conclusions used in practical problems with the real estate market as an example, and gives Discussion of practical significance and summary.At the end of this paper, makes some Summary and Outlook, describes the inadequacies of this paper.
