This research made the observed Ocm land surface temperature (LST) of weather station as a benchmark. Based on related digital products of MODIS, calculation modeling of the Ocm LST was built. It successfully made the spatialization of Ocm land surface temperature.Combined precipitation water vapor dataset of MODIS (MOD05) in 2001 with precipitation water vapor calculated by Sounding stations, the precipitation water vapor with the resolution of 1km×1km and the water vapor pressure datasets with the resolution of 1km×1km in 2001 were calculated. The land surface temperature datasets with the resolution of 5km×5km in 2001 were calculated by using MOD11C3 dataset. This paper successfully made the spatialization of Ocm land surface temperature,integrating water vapor pressure with digital products of MODIS. Distribution of annual mean Ocm LST in 2001 and distribution of monthly mean Ocm LST in 2001 had been detailing.The major works of this paper were as follows:1,The precipitation water vapor dataset of MODIS in 2001 had been correction using data of sounding stations.2,Combined precipitation water vapor of MODIS in 2001 with precipitation water vapor calculated by sounding stations, using the model of the ground vapor pressure, the distribution of ground vapor pressure of 2001 in lkmxlkm resolution was obtained.3,The land surface temperature datasets with the resolution of 5km X 5km in 2001 had been detailing.4,This paper made the observed Ocm land surface temperature (LST) of weather station as a benchmark. Error analysis showed that the proposed model has stability, the average monthly surface temperature error is within 1℃,average annual error is 0.848℃The thesis is characterized by:1,This research corrected precipitation water vapor dataset of MODIS by data of sounding stations. The distribution of ground vapor pressure of 2001 in lkmxlkm resolution was obtained using the model of the ground vapor pressure.2,Based on convention meteorological observation data and comprehensive integration of MODIS-related digital products, calculation modeling of the Ocm LST was built using GIS technology. It successfully made the spatialization of Ocm land surface temperature.
