Yangye County of Jiangxi Provience is located in the western of Wuyi Mountain.and belongs to the middle-eastern of Nanling metallogenic belt, eastern of Nanling Latitudinal belt and southern of Wu yi Mounain NE-NNE tectonic belt.Through out studying regional metallogenic geological setting,geology and geochemical surveying,and focusing on the geochemical characteristics of granites,we point out the mineralization potential of the region and predicte mineralization target.The rock of the area is characterized by banding potash-granulitite and biotite-potash-granulitite of Xiafang Formation,Sinian Period.The structure is dominated by NW-NE-NNW trend of faults.The Yangye intrusion, west part of Fucheng Super-unit, is mainly yellowish-pink biotite porphytitic granites and pink biotite potash-granites.Geochemical data shows that the rockbody is characteristics with rich in aluminum and potassium, K2O>Na20, a=1.88-2.31, poor in calcium.The granites is belongs to cal-alkaline series.The rockbody has a high differentiation index value and low consolidation index value,indicating high degree of crystallinity evolution. The chemical composition is considerable with S-type granites by Chappell etc.The genetic is caused by metasomatism.The tatol REE content of granites body are 236.17x10-6and 166.13×10-6, rich in LREE,8Eu value of 0.20 and 0.88, with an obviouse negative Eu anomalies.The characteristic indicates a genetic of transformation continental crust-type granites.There is a right-dipping V-type standard REE distribution paterns,showing the S-type granite characteristics. Trace elements are enriched in Rb,Th,Ta,Nd, and depleted in Ba,Nb,Sr.The Rb/Ba,Rb/Sr ratios are higher than the average values of China.but the Nb/Ta ratios lower than the average values of China.All that characteristers show that the rockbody have a high degree of crystallinity evolution.The granites maybe supply metal element for the mineralization,with high W,Zn,Pb,Cu.Hence the granites can become mother rocks of mineralization.and this shows the great potential mineralization in this area. Based on the rock geochemical measuring,Au,Ag,W,Pb etc.metal anomaly county were identified.indicating there are more potential mineralization in this area. The statistics law shows that there are maybe multiple episodes of mineralization in this area.
