The dynamic calibration of distribute load identification had been applied to simple structure, and had developed quickly in recent years. In this paper, the dynamic technology based on chebyshev orthogonal polynomial was studied further, and was used to complex structure. The dynamic technology of load identification based on chebyshev orthogonal polynomial is to establish a link between the dynamic response and the distribute load. And the coefficient of the orthogonal polynomials can be worked out according to the above conncection, then use orthogonal polynomials to fit the dynamic load function.First of all, several chebyshev orthogonal polynomial expressions were described in this article, and then was applied to the dynamic technology of distribute load identification. Secondly, to improve the anti-noise ability of two-dimensional plane problem in both frequency domain and time-domain, method of average, matrix pretreatment, TSVD and filter are introduced and a simple plate is selected as the research object. Thirdly, to slove the dynamic calibration of complex construction, the thought of space mapping was used to distribute load identification, and some simulation examples are presented as follows to demonstrate its practicability. To further broadened the application of dynamic calibration technique, the load identification theory of rotating beams in several load cases was proposed. And this theory's application was extended from time-invariant system to time-varying systems. Finally, an mode experiment was introduced. According to the mode experiment, the finite element model was modified, and then the dynamic response of model applied by orthogonal polynomials load was computed by nastran. And the dynamic calibration matrix was composed of the calculated response.According to research, this paper indicates that the method has high identification precision, good anti-noise ability in both theoretical and experimental. So it can used to engineering practice.
