With the development of social productive forces, people's requirements of production and living environment are improving. But the situation of the global environmental pollution is getting more and more serious, a variety of large-scale infectious disease appears frequently, and there are also some biological and chemical contamination caused by unexpected events. All these make us find higher technology to collect air microorganism.In this thesis, by reason of the demanding of air microorganism sampling and the deficiencies of existing sampling system, we design and implement a kind of intelligent air microorganism sampling system. This system has the features of full function, working stably, strong adaptability to environment, with security surveillance, automatic control, and can communicate with people intelligently through GSM network. It can work continuously for a long time without anyone on watch, especially it is suitable for sampling air microorganism in harsh environments.The major works of this thesis are as follows:(1) Design and implement the all the circuit of the sampling system, including: airflow control unit, three-dimensional motion control unit, paw control unit, lettering control unit, power management module, GSM communication module, security monitoring module, information storage module, vice-manipulator and refrigerator door control module, system clock module, LCD touch screen module and the power control of light vehicle refrigerator, etc. Complete the program feasibility studies, hardware design and circuit board welding of every unit and module.(2) Using C to program for the main MCU, airflow control unit, three-dimensional motion control unit, paw control unit and lettering control unit, finish debugging.(3) Using C++ to program for the indoor remote control unit, debug between sampling system and the indoor remote control unit.(4) Make the self-control function test and the remote control function test for the sampling system, and analyse its application areas and application prospects.The main innovations of this thesis are:(1) Use three-finger-type paw to catch the plates, use hybrid linear stepping motor to control the stretch and shrink of the paw, install force sensor on each finger to measure the force.(2) Invent three-dimensional coordinates control method to control the position of the main manipulator, using three-dimensional coordinates to achieve precise position.(3) The security monitoring module designed for this system witch includes vibration signal monitoring circuit, stance monitoring circuit and GPS positioning system makes the system safe enough.(4) To mark the sampling time and sampling result for each sample plate, we design the lettering control unit, lettering the information in the side of plate. This device is designed delicately witch has a wide using range of temperature.(5) Using 5.7-inch touch screen to achieve convenient interaction between people and the system.
