Buried Hill reservoir is widely distributed in the Liaohe Basin. After decades of exploration and development, a large amount of carbonate rocks, igneous, metamorphic and other complex lithology reservoirs has been found in Liaohe Oil Field. High-yield industrial oil was found in these complex lithology reservoirs, made significant economic benefits. With world demand for oil and gas resources, the increasing complexity has become a lithologic reservoir exploration and development of important areas. The important areas of Liaohe oil field which can increase proven reserves is also the Archaean metamorphic rock hill. However, Archaean metamorphic rock buried hill reservoirs in the geological exploration of problems facing the more prominent, mainly: 1) lithology identification difficult; 2) the fractured reservoir identification difficult; 3) The accuracy of eservoir parameters calculation for fracture is low;4) lack of effective method for fluid type identification and evaluation in fractured reservoir space.According to the geological problems in the exploration of the Archean metamorphic rock buried hill reservoir, this article developes a series of logging evaluation studies. After studying the petrology, uses the MSCT information for clearing the types of Archaean buried hill.According to study the response mechanism of rocks, establishes the corresponding relationship between the lithological character and logging response feature, and defines the classify of the lithological character of Archaean buried hil. By this research forms the overall know of the regional structure of Xinglongtai buried hill and knows the new knowledge of the rule of reservoir. Discusses techniques of identification for fractured reservoir fluid properties, improves well log evaluation accuracy for the Archaean reservoir of buried hill, and provides strong technical supports for metamorphic rock hill reservoir exploration and development.
