Zhuang 52 fault block of Zhuangxi oil-field is structural-lithological reservoir, which is closed mainly by fault, supplemented by thelithology, the reservoir has getten into high water cut period. There are shortage of understanding about reservoir structure,underground oil-water relationship, so the oil recovery and production effect are low, and can not meet the need for further development of oil fields. Therefore, the detailed study of reservoir must be carried out, and the more refined model should be built which is important to draw up remaining oil measures and development of adjustment programs.After reassuring the stratigraphy and structural characteristics of study region,the paper integrates fine structural seismic interpretation results and geological stratification to build the horizon model and fault model, which clear three-dimensional spatial distribution,variation and syntagmatic relation of faults. Then, based on analyzing characteristics of sedimentary facies, analyzing and optimizing the modeling methods, micro-sedimentary facies model has been built using deterministic method. Combining well logging interpretation ,and using the method of facies controlled modeling, there has been to apply Sequential Gaussian simulation and Sequential Gaussian collocated co-simulation for porosity and permeability models, which accords the parameter statistics and variation function of different sedimentary facies belt. The models can characterize the distribution characteristics of reservoir parameters in the horizontal and vertical., meanwhile, the heterogeneity of reservoir has been analyzed preliminary.To ensuring the model precision, multiple methods of model validation,such as the coincidence of geological conceptial model, the probablity of consistency test, the vacuated well test and dynanic stata validation, have been used to test the credibility of geological model. At the same time, according to the model, controlling factors of remaining oil distribution have been analyzed briefly, and the remaining oil enrichment areas have been indicated, then some developing measures have been proposed,which integrated the geological knowledge and dynamic data. There is important to improve development effectiveness and enhance oil recovery.
