Hezhang buried hill is situated the north of the Shenxian depression, due to the faults development and the strong heterogeneity, in oil and gas exploration and development process it is necessary to set up the precision of 3D geological model. Not only establish a foundation and provides some basis for further study,but also be instruetive for later development deploy and further adjusting tapping potential.Regarding to the geologic feature of carbonate buried hill reservoir in hezhang oilfield, on the basis of logging data, seismic data, core material, well testing material, according to various stratum under the face of buried hill, classificate and correlate the strata, establish the stratigraphic framework of each layer, and then research about the structural feature of each layer, and analyse the reservoir feature, classificate reservoir and non-reservoir, then confirm the spread boundary of reservoir and establish the physical property formwork. Using stochastic model methods to create reservoir geological model, which accord with the hezhang buried hill geological characteristics. Some outcomes have been achieved based on this Study. Firstly, the strata of the Ordovician and Cambrian under the hezhuang buried hill surface is lost, The Sinian strata is not emergence, and because of the depth of well drilling. Secondly, faults develop in the buried hill, hezhang fault, zegu 14 west fault and jiucheng north fault control the structure conformation. Thirdly, Buried hill reservoir rock types have dolostone, limestone, dolomitic limestone and gray dolostone. Reservoir space mostly have dissolution pore type, corroded fissurea type and pore - tiny cracks type. Ordovician reservoir performance is well, developâ… class reservoir,â…¡class reservoir, and the Cambrian and Sinian reservoir only developâ…¡class reservoir. Fourthly, Build up hezhuang buried hill fault model, level model, porosity model,shale content model and fracture distribution model really reflect buried hill reservoir feature.
