Interlayer interference and contradiction are more severe, distribution of remaining oil is more complex and previous layer subdivision can not meet the need of production in the high water cut stage of multilayer complex fault-block oil reservoir. So distribution law of remaining oil and second layer subdivision are needed to study. Basing on statistical data of block Pan2-20 and layer subdivision law at home and abroad, this paper makes layer subdivision rule of block Pan2-20 and studies technology and economy boundary for permeability, oil viscosity, degree of reserve recovery and well spacing density. Basing on geology and monitor data of block Pan2-20, delicate reservoir geological model is built using reservoir simulation software. And after history match, remaining oil quantitative distribution graph and law is got. These lay a foundation for second layer subdivision. Because the factors those affect second layer subdivision of high water cut reservoir are too much, those include static and dynamic factors and the degree of every factor is different. So quantification of every factor needs to be studied. This paper studies quantification of every factor of second layer subdivision of block Pan2-20 and gets weight of every factor and comprehensive index of every layer through Analytic Hierarchy Process and entropy principle. Basing on technology and economy boundary, this paper also carried out layer subdivision for block Pan2-20 and optimizes horizontal well production parameters using cluster analysis. At last, development effect is evaluated using reservoir simulation technology. The result is that recovery ratio is improved by 6.6 percentage points. The effect of second layer subdivision of block Pan2-20 is good and quantification, standardization and routinization of second layer subdivision are achieved and it can indicate production of similar reservoir.
