This paper described the basic theory of gas-liquid two-phase flow firstly, including gas-liquid two-phase flow characteristics, parameters, flow pattern and recognition method. Dynamic Analysis of gas-liquid two-phase flow pipe and vibration test experimental study of gas-liquid two-phase flow pipe were done under different flow pattern were based on the mechanism of the pipeline vibration caused by gas-liquid two-phase flow.Based on the basic theory of gas-liquid two-phase flow and the mechanism of pipe vibration, Dynamic analysis of gas-liquid two-phase flow horizontal straight pipe, bending pipe were done by finite element software ANSYS. Vibration mode shapes and natural frequency of horizontal straight pipe, bending pipe were calculated firstly, then their harmonic analysis are done, found response curves of the periodic impact loads on bending pipe is more complex, the vibration of pipeline system with the constraints, incentives form and position are imposed, whereas the random vibration analysis results show that the pipeline vibration intensity is closely related to the size of the impact force and the frequency of high and low of the impact force. Finally, a large number of gas-liquid two-phase flow pipe vibration detection experiments were done, which used air and water as the medium, the vibration pipe data were comparative analyzed the differences and similarities of between the single-phase gas and gas-liquid two-phase, which found that two-phase flow pipe vibration strength than the single-phase gas ,vibration energy values of the larger liquid volume pipe is bigger when the volume of gas is same; studied the stratified flow, wavy flow, slug flow, annular flow and other flow patterns of the horizontal gas-liquid two-phase flow pipes, and the vibration characteristics of the pipeline and the emergence of various flow patterns corresponding to the frequency domain signal characteristics under the same flow pattern of different gas-liquid two-phase flow; researched the vibration characteristics of inclined pipelines of different angles, comparative analyzed the vibration spectrum of upstream pipe and the downstream pipe and impact of the inclined pipelines angle on flow pattern.
