Eco-Industrial Symbiosis Network (EISN), which is a new network form of organization, is the core content of the eco-industrial parks (EIPs) construction, development and operation. EISN is that all stakeholders as EISN, driven by different benefits, through the market mechanism, to optimize the allocation and utilization of resources (raw materials, products, information, capital, talent) and facilities shared as a link, form a dynamic alliance system. The various stakeholders among the system through continued competition and cooperation in their own interests, realize ultimately the interests of balance and the optimization of the system economic, environmental and social benefits. Based on the formation and operating pattern of EISN in the stakeholder theoty, the dynamic equilibrium of eco-industrial symbiosis network is analyzed comprehensively.Firstly, we generalize the relevant researches and stakeholder theory systematically in this thesis, and apply stakeholder theory to analyze the factor of benefit driver of all stakeholders in EISN. Then, interests / power matrix is employed to further illustrates the formation of EISN. What's more, this thesis explains clearly that those behaviors of all stakeholders have played an important role on the formation of EISN.Secondly, evolutionary game theory is applied to study the operation mode of the EISN. This thesis discusses the operation mode is associated with the initial game conditions, to take the game decisions and the proportion of power of the stakeholders, and then it clarifies the overall ideal operation mode of EISN will cycle through the following: equality and mutual benefit type - based on type - equality and mutual benefit. Once again, the structure of EISN is analyzed, who is divided into "supply-type stakeholder group" - "production stakeholder group" - "consumer stakeholder group" - "recovery-type stakeholder group". Respectively, we analyze independent decision-making behavior and their interactions of each stakeholder group, establish the optimization model of maximizing the overall network interest's objective, and then build the corresponding variational inequality model, prove the existence of the results, put forward the equilibrium condition of different stakeholder's layers, and give the corresponding economic explanation. Finally, Lubei EIPs as a case, by the numerical simulation, verify the effect that the proportion of the power make to the operation mode of EISN evolution, explore effects of different factors on dynamic interests'balance of EISN and in-depth analysis of the results, the symbiotic nature of the EISN is reflected.According to this thesis, we can provide a reference of theoretical and operational decision-making for the construction and development of the eco-industrial symbiosis network.
