Climate change, phenological change and its response to the climate change in Hami for recent 30 years were analyzed. Results show that (1) The average annual and growing seasonal air temperature gets higher, while non growing seasonal air temperature is steady; Average annual and non growing seasonal precipitation increases, while growing seasonal precipitation is steady; The average annual sunshine decreases, while average growing seasonal sunshine increases; (2) Phenophase shows an obvious and regular change: Main phenophases of woody plant show a tendency of advance and growing season has lengthened; Blooming of herbs show a tendency of advance while other phenophases is steady or show a tendency of delay, but growing season has lengthened; Phenophase of animal changed differently according to their kinds, but settling stage has lengthened; Duration of frost free period and duration of soil congelation free period show a tendency of lengthen. (3) Meteorological factors have different influence on phenophases of animals and plants, at the same time, different phenophases of animals and plants have different responses to the chimate change. Air temperature and sunshine have obvious influence on phenophases of woody plants especially Spring phenophases; Meteorological factors have different influence on phenophases of herbs and animals according to their kinds, but didn't have obvious influence on most phenophases.
