At present, the establishment of a set of approach system describing Bacteriorhodopsin(BR) photocycle's stochasticity has been already on the schedule. To reach this subject in general case, a preliminary mathematical system describing thc'stchasticity of bio-hotochrome is set up. On the basis of this system, with the features of bio' photochrome the stochasticity of photocycle is studied from the theory of simple stochastic process. A concept that photocycle of biohotochrome is a complex stochastic process is propose. It can be expressed by a vector of state process. This complicated process can also be described with two concepts, tate probability'and ransfer probability'upon time and space. These concepts and theory can be applied to theoretically research and analyze the stochastic process's features of different photocycle process of BR on the basis of the setup of state probability dynamic model with pulsed and continued illumination. It furtherly proposes the probability contribution of spectrum and photoelectric response for studying state distribution of photocycle process in reality, and suggests the application of perceptron algorithm to evaluate these two probability contribution. In addtion, this paper adopts FFT analysis method to analyze state process of photocycle of BR, and timepectrum. At last, a computer program that is used in this research is introduced.
