Constrained system with holonomic subsidiary constrains isstudied in this paper. 1ts symmetry and conservation 1aws are a1sodiscussed in c1assica1 and quantum fie1d theory. Noether theorem andc1assica1 conservation 1aws in c1assica1 fie1d theory together withgenera1ized Ward identity and quantum conservation laws are a1soobtained. Using F--S \ F--J quantizations in the system with ho1onomicsubsidiary constrains, we gain genera1ized F--S' F--J quantizations.These quantizations are applied in two nonlinear sigma mode1s andproper resu1ts are obtained.
