In this paper, the knowledge of group theory and elementary number theory are combined densely in some degree. By analyzing the character of the defining relations of p-groups (p is an odd prime) and automorphism, using the method of solving equations of congruence, we have worked out the order of automorphism groups of groups of order p for isoclinism family from O6to O10 .The result can be used in the research of automorphism groups of p-group furtherly.
