The applications of mathematic programming, as one important ramification of operational research, have been infiltrated through many fields. All kinds of classical theories of mathematic programming are enumerated with their development in the near future ^and typical solution, and the oil well orbit optimized theories are introduced also. The theories of multi member function's extremity value, Hooke Jeeves mode searching method solving wholly complex problem of extremity value and uniformity design method, one new and efficient method to choose test point, are applied to establish the two-dimension oil well orbit optimized model. The shortest length of oil well orbit curve is regarded as this model's object and all kinds of effecting parameters are analyzed. There are problems to choose which section plane as the best section plane before the oil well orbit optimized design because there have been ten-more kinds of section planes (beeline and arc's combination) and the oil well orbit should be fit of all stratum conditions. Another oil well orbit optimized model, unitary model, is established base on the old model and the choice of the best section plane is calculated. The three-dimension oil well orbit optimized model has congenital predominance and difficulty that is the direction of oil well orbit design. All kinds of oil well orbit design methods are enumerated whit their excellence and disadvantage in this paper. A new three-dimension oil well orbit design method is introduced named azimuth angle compare method. The three-dimension oil well orbit optimized method and model are discussed in a nutshell with some available conclusion.
