The problem about hydrogeochemisty of Jinpin hydroelectric power station is the subject of the article. Through investigating the f ieldwork and analysing the data, found the character of hydrogeochemisty . Through cluster analyses about macro ingredient of the one hundred and thirty groundwater and surface water , the water was sorted eight group that was realized the suyyandings of hydrogeology and hydrogeochemisty. Through factor analysis about macro ingredient, know the primary facter of the forming about the ground water component that was karstif ication, the oxidation of pyrite and uxiviation . Through cluster analysis, plot out the water system about sword arm. Discriminant analyses and BP nerve net test the water system and discriminant the unknowning water. The fractionation of the rare earth element is relation to he oxidation of pyrite and the precipitation of carbonate of lime. That is meaning to plot out the water system about sword arm. Through studying isotope realized that the rain alimente the groundwater and surface water. Based on the water system and the pervionsness of rock, put forward the prevention and cure measure about leakage. The oxidation of pyrite engenders acid water that is causticity to concrete, bring forward the prevention and cure measure to it.
