Since seventies of the twentieth century, both the development speed of global information and the accumulation of Science data have been accelerated. It is estimated that there are more Science data in latest 30 years than all the 5000 years have been piled up by human society. The Earth Observe System presents the full trend and solid digital observation network, which according with a very fast speed development of the computer and information technology, and then we can receive TB to PB Science data every day. Geo-Science data is an important Science data, which can be used in earth formation, development, evolvement, natural resource exploitation research, and so on. But it is a key point of data structure and management that how cans we effectively and adequately use the precious science fortune, exert the energy of these data. With the gradually mature of grid technology, there is a new opportunity to the Geo-Science data.Grid, Grid computing, Data Grid are the third era of Internet. Conventional Internet realized the link of different computer hardware, World wide web realized the link of web page, and the Grid will link all the resources in the network, which include computing resource, storage resource, communication resource, information resource, knowledge resource, and so on. In the future, we will join all the resources in virtual net environment, and eliminate Information Island and Resource Island. Grid is a group of new type technique, it will fusion high-speed network, advanced computer, large database, remote sensors, and other remote equipments. When researcher will own more powerful function and can use network resources transparently. In the process of research, I have referenced great deal of newest information about Grid, Grid computing, and Data Grid and I have ever tried to erect a little test bed of Grid. Based on the particular anatomy of Grid and Grid computing technique, through the research of Geo-science conventional research means and methods, the thesis tempt syncretize the paradigm ofmodern Geographic science and the virtual innovation environment, which based on the EOS,GOIN,Computing GRID and NSDI.It has been founded that the paradigm shift of Thomas S.Kuhn and Paul Karl Federated had believed that the basic model of science development is: Original Science-->Normal Science-->Abnormal-->conjuncture-->revolution (emergence of a new model)-->New Normal Science. Investigate the grow of Geographic Science; there are both criterion factors and historical factors. According with the theory development of system, cybernetics, information science and computer technique, Geographic Science experienced the process of ancient geographic, recent geographic and modern geographic. In some key point or phase the process of geographic science correspond to the theory of Mr. Kuhn.The combine of Grid, Grid computing, Grid Terminal, Earth Observe System, National Information Infrastructure, Global Observe Information Net, National Spatial Data Infrastructure and Digital Earth provide a new research plat roof and environment. In the plat roof, we can acquire science data from EOS, transmit science data using NII, GOIN, Computing GRID. NSDI can be used as storage, dissemination, and sharing of science data, while the Digital Earth will merge data and processing data analysis, simulation and virtual experiment.The virtual innovation environment is a new plat roof of modern geographic science, and that will be three dimension, dynamic, repeatable. The new means, such as mathematic analysis, system analysis, model analysis, computer technique, remote sensing, geographic information system, global position system will promote the whole geographic science and extend the research realm of geographic science in natural resource and environment management, development.
