According to the features of higher mathematics, and combined with development of modern instruction technology and the actuality of higher mathematics teaching in college,based on the practice of teaching ,this paper put forward that optimize higher mathematics teaching with modern instruction technology. So that it will adapt to the request of modern education must educate high diathesis and strange ability person.There are six chapters in this paper. In chapter one, points and backgrounds of the issue have been put forward. In chapter two, the present situation of higher mathematics have been introduced , the advantages and disadvantages of traditional teaching have been analysed in brief . In chapter three modern Instruction Technology-based higher mathematics teaching have been discussed, based on the traditional teaching, which aspects can be optimized have been discussed too. In chapter four, the theoretic understructure of CAI have been analysed in brief and the teaching projection of CAI have been introduced in details with some examples in higher mathematics. In chapter five, some notes in making classroom teaching-based CAI and the fabricate of definite intergral software have been discussed. In chapter six, based on the reports of education investigation ,CAI and traditional teaching will make "1+1>2" have been attained. At last, the prospective of modern instruction technology-based teaching have been explained briefly.
