Element-Free Method (EFM), named also Meshless Method (MLM), is a kind of numerical method requiring only nodal data but no element data. Since the shape function of EFM is constructed by Moving Least Square Method (MLS), the continuity of field function is better than ever. In this paper, EFM is applied to analyze static electromagnetic field (EMF) problems, then, the results are valid.Base on deeply researches on EFM, the project of EFM solving static EMF is designed and the program is developed. In addition, the problems of weighted functions, boundary conditions are discussed. In this thesis, not only the two-dimensional field problem, but also the simple three-dimensional model are explored and calculated, and the results are satisfactory by comparing with the real ones.EFM, as a new method of solving EMF, would consummate the system of EMF theory in the future.
