Research On The Distribution Rule Of Chinese Peat Resources Based On Mapinfo

The peat is a kind of important natural resources which is of important indicting function to environment and can reflect the basic rule of environment changes .By studying the distribution of the peat, the local climate changes can be presumed .The paper dealed with a great deal of materials and investigating reports of China peat resources finished by pre-research ,and set up the resources system database .Applying the system combined by the function of Mapinfo, the thematic maps of the deposit characteristic and formation types in different periods were obtained .Analyzing these thematic maps and studying the space-time distribution of peat resources, conclude about the space-time transferring rule of peat resources .
