In the human cells, hundreds of molecule motors perform various functions in the process of the contraction of muscles, cellular transportation, DNA duplication and mitosis. These motors can efficiently convert the chemical energy of ATP into mechanical energy and move directionally. Kinesin received extensive interests for its special dynamical mechanics in these motors. After considering the importance of the electric interaction, we put forward the coupling model of the chemical- electrical-mechanical in order to understand the mechanism and the detail of its movement. It is such the exquisite coupling and the distribution change between each region during the binding and hydrolyzation that make it perform the high efficiency movement. In order to give its movement a quantitive description, we carry out the computation of it by using Gaussian03. And we developed a special method to clear the error during computation of biomolecular. Then we compute the kinesin's head and microtubule and got the Mulliken charge distribution. These results gave us a rough estimate about the computation of biomolecular by using the Gaussion03. We have known about the incidence of Gaussion03 on computating by the way of division. Our data are nearly consistent with the experiment data. We will carry out further computation and these quantitive results are important to help people understand the production of the force.
