Nonlocalized interference influenced by thermo-optic effect of C60 dopedpolymer film is invested in this paper. PMMA is adopted as a carrier material in theexperiment. By means of FS-IR absorption spectra, combined quality of C60 and carriermaterial and existence conformation of C60 are analysesed; the principle that C60influence thermo-optic effect of PMMA is discussed by result of thermo-optic effectexperiment. Nonlocalized interference theory is deduced from nonlocalizedinterference definition, and the experiment of nonlocalized interference influenced bythermo-optic effect of C60 doped polymer film is performed. The research show thatC60 doped PMMA is physical blend, do not influence their form. But the polarizabilityof the material is influenced because of C60 doped. Refractive index of the material ismore sensitive with the change of temperature, and calorescence coefficient improveeffectively and can reach -3.4×1O-4/℃. The result of nonlocalized interferenceexperiment is consistent with theory. The move of nonlocalized interference fringescaused by thermo-optic effect can be realized light shift. The principle give a valuablereference to develop thermo-optic switch .
