With science and technology is changing quickly, the drilling engineering technology is increasingly developing. At present, drilling tools is used in many industry department such as geosciences, metallurgy industry, coal, colored industry, construction engineering, construction material, nucleus industry, chemical industry, water and electricity, railway and etc. At the present time, turning drilling is the leading position and will be continue to play important role. The drill pipe is the necessary key component for turning drilling and has been used in many fields. Its structure design, technology properties and using term limited, therefore, not only greatly effects drilling tools but also has consanguineous connection with production safety of many industry and department and social & economic benefit. That it can be seen, it has important social meaning and economic value to deeply research drill pipe carefully. Although the structure of drill string seems simple, it bears rather complicated outside force. Its complicated distortion, motion status and special constraint vibration system leads a series of disadvantageous influence. Due to mainly adopt traditional elasticity and plasticity intension theory and resolution way, it is difficult to analyze and accurately and reliably research structure optimization, stress distribution, invalidation reason, working characteristic and status etc. because of its coarseness and curtness. In addition, it is not easy for drill pipe to set up the model and test. Consequently, it is relatively superficialness to know drill pipe and its research is not enough comprehensive and clear in many fields in fact.With the rapid development of computer technology and its application, the increasingly complete Finite Element Analysis (abbr. FEA) is used more and more widely and initially shows its accurateness, reliability for simulation. So, it is ought to use more accurate and reliably FEA for analyzing and researching of drill pipe simulation.This article analyzes and researches the simulation of drill pipe in GZ-2000 2000 meter water well rig using CAE simulation software ANSYS, which finds new way for general researching drill pipe. In this article, the FEA simulation model parametrically based on ANSYS for drill pipe has strong practicability and currency from special to common, which improve the efficiency of analysis and research greatly and establish the better basic for further analysis and research. During the modeling, considers the factors of pressure and flotage power of the well. Comparing with existing finite element model, the simulation level is improved.This article plays more attention to two sides for drill string: one is the statics analysis of whole load condition, the other is the beneficial discussion to the torsional vibration and longitudinal vibration, which has some reference value for power analysis results and to research and prevent tire invalidation of drill pipe and other drilling tools, to optimize structure design, to confirm drilling parameter in reason, and to optimistically assemble drilling tools in the well etc. The analysis results for torsional vibration offers the computing foundation to confirm the criticalrotate speed for kinds of drill bit, which provides the important guidance significance to prevent the sympathetic vibration in practical engineering. The analysis results for longitudinal vibration not only provides reliably direction basic while adopting the measure to escape the sympathetic vibration but also offers very important reference data for researching and designing the system of the Vibration Striking Drill Method. In addition, finds out some repeat fixed frequency parts of these two vibrations, which is significance to research syntony breakage and intension, setting position and safeguard of track control appearance for key point in the well and reduce the vibration for drill string etc. This article has five chapters.The 1st chapter explains the origin, purpose and meaning for this ar...
