Along with the development of society and continuously worsen of environment, water resource protection and utilization had already been paid more and more attention. Researches about groundwater resource were unfurled in many countries. But those researches mainly concentrated in the pore medium and less in the fractured medium. As to such point, Research about the transfer rule of contamination in the fractured medium like rock was done in this dissertation. Main achievements are summarized as follows:(1) The related information and current research development about solute transportation were summarized and studied, then the research target and method were brought up,(2) Different solution was probed into about the mathematical model of solute transport in groundwater. Especially in this condition when the Peclet was large, dispersion and oscillation of numerical value was probed into. A simple approximate dioposal solution was put forward. Then the solution of the model was validated by an exemple.(3) According to the theory of solute transport in a single fracture of rock, the target and the theory of experiment were put forward about solute transport in a single fracture. A suit of laboratory equipment was designed which suited to the theory of solute transport in a single fracture, at the same time viable experiment step was put up. A series of experiment were fulfilled in different condition and first hand result was obtained.(4) According to the 2-D advective-dispersive equation of pore medium and combining the result of experiment, the difference between experiment and calculation was located by macroscopical analysis. A new mathematical model suiting to fractured medium was deduced from revised pore medium model. The correction and practicability were verified by the result of experiment.(5) Several group experimental result of solute transport in fractured medium was analysed in different direction. An experience formula of NaCl solution was summarized, which changed in different position. The coefficient of advective-dispersive was deduced by means of back analysis based on theexperimental results, which suited to solute transport in a single fracture of rock.(6) The mathematical model and parameter were used to analysis the environmental influence of a fly ash deposition engineering, when water leaked from the fly ash deposition. Primary conclusion was obtained which could be used similar engineering.(7) Aimed at the study in this dissertation, questions were pointed out and prospected.
