| In this paper, the technology of making liquid-core optical fiber is introduced. The fundamental principle and measuring methods of Raman spectrum of liquid-core optical fiber are discussed. The possibility of combining Raman spectrum with liquid-core optical fiber is analyzed as well. In addition this technology is implemented in this experiment.when liquid-core optical fiber is combined with Raman spectrum, the optical intensity of Raman spectrum can be enhanced with the increasing length of liquid-core optical fiber. As is shown in this paper, when the length of liquid-core optical fiber full of liquid of carbon disulfide disulphide is four meters, the maximum Raman spectrum can be received, Compared it with optical spectrum measured by absorption cell, it is enhanced by more than one hundred times.
