GuiZhou is a province of most development depositing rock in china, it is exit from Proterzoic to Quaternary, and mainly is deposit of shallow sea appearance carbonate , it extend all over to GuiZhou and geological age except Qian southeast, its thickness is 3000-12000m, its area is account for 70% or so, the cave is development especially, there are thousands of caves. Spatial Information Database of GuiZhou Karst Cave is a new type spatial information managing system to base on GIS technology, through digiterizing relief map ,hydrological and geological map, collecting parameter information of cave's site, height, length, elevation and, direction, structure and lithology, setting up Guizhou karst cave information system(GZKCIS). it will be provide to querying, occurring and distributing regulation, correlativity, potential resource exploiting, branch assistant decision-making of GuiZhou Karst cave data information and make a great contribution to "Infobahn".Meantime, it can apply on karst caves rules of development and evolvement by the GIS spatial analyzing. This study will be a great theoretic meaning and social economic value. Because karst caves and undergroung river is the important proportion of karst ,the factors example of stratum lithology and structure restrict karst caves and undergroung river in developmenting, Moreover, the lithology is the basic of developmenting karst caves and undergroung river,it is too a forming reason of the differences of developmenting undergroung river in space karst. Therefore ,this study can be tried to educe relation of developmenting karst caves and undergroung river in GuiZhou karst region and stratum lithology by adopting GIS spatial correlation analysis.
