Researched On Fuxin City Land Grading And Appling Based On GIS

In this paper, I decide a factor about land grade, and then construct a math model, when collect many spatial information, based on these data, we can apply KAIDE software in calculating unit value and grading land. We test it with FUXIN data and decide a number of classes of land grade, such as commerce land and so on.Paper comply the rule- <, compuer processing and cartography is key point.At last, come true the graphic data input, save, manage, auto reckon factor and identify the land grade.Result showing the method of this paper suit for FUXIN and showing important meaning for basic land-value constructing ,collection of land tax, evaluation of land-value and monitoring land-value system.
